The Tragic Tale of Crick Davis: Ashe County Axe Murderer with Lane H. Dyer
Author Lane H. Dyer has created a novel as steeped in sorrow as the Appalachian Mountains in which it is set. This is a story that examines the long, dark shadow cast by violence, mental illness, and generational trauma with uncommon empathy and narrative grace.
