On Friday, Oct. 23rd, come hear top-notch finger-picking guitarist Wayne Henderson, along with Herb Key & Friends in the Museum's Historic 1904 Courtroom!
Henderson lives in Rugby, Virginia, and is renowned worldwide for his lightning-fast, clean acoustic guitar picking and for building custom, highly sought-after guitars. He has won over 300 ribbons at fiddling conventions, played at Carnegie Hall, and received a prestigious National Heritage Fellowship in 1995. His style has been described as similar to that of the legendary Doc Watson and E.C. Ball.
