►   Applying to Become a Volunteer

- To become a MACH volunteer, click on the MACH - Docent Application Form_distributed" below. 

- Fill out your information, and click the "Submit Form" button at the top right.  

- When prompted, enter your e-mail address and your full name and select the appropriate means to transmit the completed form via your e-mail server.
